This Policy governs verified-email requirements, electronic receipts and transaction evidence associated with LebPrime subscriptions and payments. It forms part of the LebPrime contractual framework.

1. Verified Email Required

LebPrime may require the User to verify the email address associated with the account before purchasing a subscription, submitting payment proof, activating paid access, receiving a receipt, requesting a refund, changing material account information or performing another security-sensitive action.

LebPrime may delay or refuse activation while required email verification remains incomplete.

2. Email Verification Record

LebPrime may retain an electronic record showing that email verification occurred. The record may include the User ID, email address, verification status, verification timestamp, IP address where lawfully available, device identifier, user-agent, request/event ID and other limited technical data reasonably necessary to evidence the verification event.

Passwords and one-time verification codes must not be stored in readable form as transaction evidence.

3. Additional Payment Confirmation

For sensitive transactions, LebPrime may require additional confirmation through the verified email address, including a one-time link or code, confirmation of plan and price, confirmation of the payment reference, or confirmation that the User authorized the transaction.

A transaction may remain pending until required confirmation succeeds.

4. Official Payment Receipt

After payment has been successfully verified, LebPrime may generate an official electronic receipt and deliver it to the User's verified email and/or make it available through the member dashboard.

The official receipt should be generated from authoritative server-side payment records. Uploading a payment screenshot or proof-of-payment image does not itself create an official LebPrime receipt.

5. Receipt Contents

  • Unique receipt number.
  • Invoice or transaction number where applicable.
  • User name and verified email.
  • LebPrime account identifier and Telegram identifier where relevant.
  • Subscription plan and duration.
  • Subscription start and expiry dates.
  • Payment amount and currency.
  • Payment method and payment reference.
  • Payment verification date and time.
  • Terms and Conditions version accepted.
  • Refund Policy version accepted.
  • Risk Disclosure version accepted.
  • Receipt generation timestamp.
  • LebPrime legal/business information.

6. Unique Receipt Number

Each completed payment should receive a unique, non-reusable receipt number generated server-side.

A format such as LPS-RCP-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX may be used, provided uniqueness is enforced by the system.

Once issued, the authoritative receipt record should remain linked to the original transaction even if a copy is later reissued.

7. Receipt Integrity

LebPrime may use cryptographic hashes, HMAC values, digital signatures, immutable identifiers or other integrity measures to link the receipt with the underlying transaction.

Users must not alter, fabricate or misuse LebPrime receipts. Suspected fraudulent receipt activity may result in suspension, investigation and other action permitted by law.

8. Receipt Delivery

The User is responsible for maintaining access to the verified email address registered with the account.

A receipt may be delivered by email, member dashboard or another secure electronic method. Failure by an email provider to place a message in the inbox does not invalidate the underlying transaction where the payment and receipt were properly recorded.

Users should check spam or filtering folders where necessary.

9. Receipt Reissuance

A User may request a copy of an existing receipt. Reissuance should reference the original receipt and transaction rather than creating a new payment.

LebPrime may require reasonable account or identity verification before reissuing a receipt.

10. Receipt and Dispute Evidence

In a refund request, chargeback or other payment dispute, LebPrime may rely on the official receipt together with relevant transaction evidence.

Supporting evidence may include verified-email status, email confirmation, Terms acceptance, Refund Policy acceptance, Risk Disclosure acceptance, IP addresses, device information, device ID, fingerprint hash, WebAuthn/passkey confirmation, payment reference, subscription activation, Telegram access, dashboard access, premium Content access and correspondence.

No single technical record is necessarily conclusive proof on its own. Evidence may be considered together as part of the complete transaction history.

11. Manual Payment Workflow

For manual methods such as bank transfer, OMT, Whish Money or cash, an uploaded proof of payment should remain in PENDING status until actual payment is verified.

The official LebPrime receipt should be generated only after an authorized verification process confirms receipt of funds.

Where payment cannot be verified, no official receipt should be issued solely because a screenshot was uploaded.

12. Recommended Confirmation Email
