This Policy forms an integral part of the LebPrime Terms and Conditions. By purchasing, activating or renewing a paid Service, the User agrees to this Policy, subject always to mandatory rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
1. Payment for Digital Access
Subscription fees represent payment for access to the applicable LebPrime digital Service during the purchased period. The fee does not represent an investment, trading capital, asset under management, brokerage balance or guaranteed financial return.
2. When Service Commences
Paid access is considered to have commenced when LebPrime first makes the purchased Service available, which may include activation of the member account, dashboard entitlement, Telegram access, bot entitlement, access to premium Content, or availability of the first paid signal or communication.
LebPrime may retain server-side records establishing the activation date and time.
3. Strict No-Refund Rule After Commencement
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, subscription fees are final and non-refundable once the paid digital Service has commenced or been used.
This rule may apply to monthly, quarterly, annual, discounted, promotional, renewal and upgrade payments. Choosing not to use available access after activation does not by itself create a refund entitlement.
4. Mandatory Statutory Rights
Where applicable law grants a mandatory withdrawal, cancellation or refund right, that right will be respected.
Where legally permitted, the User may be asked to expressly request immediate commencement of the digital Service and acknowledge that commencement or consumption of digital content may affect or extinguish a statutory withdrawal right.
No clause in this Policy is intended to waive a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
5. No Refund Because of Trading Results
Trading losses do not create a subscription refund entitlement. A User is not entitled to a refund merely because a signal loses, several signals lose, a stop loss is triggered, an account experiences drawdown, the User is liquidated, execution differs, spreads widen, leverage is excessive, or the User expected higher profits.
LebPrime sells access to digital Services, not guaranteed trading outcomes.
6. No Refund Based on Signal Quantity
LebPrime does not guarantee a minimum number of signals per day, week, month or subscription period unless a written offer expressly provides otherwise.
A period with fewer valid opportunities than another period does not automatically entitle the User to a refund.
7. No Refund for Non-Use or Change of Mind
After lawful commencement of paid access, no refund will ordinarily be issued merely because the User changes their mind, stops trading, becomes too busy, does not open Telegram, fails to log in, changes device or phone number, travels, experiences personal financial difficulty, chooses another provider or otherwise voluntarily stops using an available Service.
8. Third-Party and Broker Issues
LebPrime does not ordinarily refund a subscription because of brokerage outages, broker execution, market closures, spreads, slippage, rejected orders, payment-provider outages, bank delays, Telegram outages, internet problems, device problems, TradingView outages or similar third-party circumstances outside LebPrime's reasonable control.
Mandatory remedies remain available where LebPrime itself fails to provide a contracted Service and applicable law requires a remedy.
9. Cancellation and Renewal
Cancellation and refund are separate. For a recurring plan, cancellation prevents a future renewal when completed before the applicable renewal deadline, but does not automatically reimburse amounts already paid.
Where automatic renewal is offered, renewal conditions and price should be disclosed before purchase. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, a renewal payment is not refundable merely because the User forgot to cancel, provided the renewal arrangement was properly disclosed.
10. Duplicate and Erroneous Payments
A genuine duplicate payment for the same subscription and period may be refunded after verification or, with User agreement, credited toward a future period.
If payment clears but LebPrime fails to activate the Service because of a verified LebPrime technical or administrative error, LebPrime may activate the Service, extend access, provide an equivalent credit or issue a refund where legally or commercially appropriate.
11. Manual Payments
For bank transfer, cash, OMT, Whish Money or other approved manual methods, subscription access may remain pending until actual receipt of funds is verified.
A screenshot or uploaded receipt does not by itself prove that funds were received. LebPrime may verify the underlying transaction before activating access.
Falsified, modified or fabricated payment evidence may result in suspension, termination and other action permitted by law.
12. Fees and Currency Differences
The User is responsible for charges imposed by the User's bank, card issuer, transfer service or payment intermediary unless otherwise stated.
Foreign-exchange differences caused by market rates, bank conversion rates, card-network rates or intermediary charges are outside LebPrime's control.
13. Refund Request Procedure
A refund request must provide sufficient information to identify and investigate the transaction, which may include the User's name, account identifier, verified email, Telegram identity, transaction ID, payment reference, payment date, amount, payment method, description of the issue and supporting evidence.
False or materially misleading information in a refund request may constitute a breach of the Terms.
14. Refund Method
Approved refunds may be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible. If that method cannot receive a refund, LebPrime may use another lawful method after reasonable verification.
LebPrime may require identity, account or payment verification before processing a refund in order to prevent fraud.
15. Legitimate Payment Disputes
Nothing in this Policy prevents a User from exercising a lawful right to dispute an unauthorized transaction, fraud, duplicate transaction, incorrect amount or another payment issue the User is legally entitled to contest.
LebPrime will cooperate with legitimate investigations by payment providers and financial institutions.
16. Contact Before Chargeback
Where reasonably possible, Users are requested to contact LebPrime regarding a billing problem before initiating a payment dispute so that the issue can be investigated and potentially resolved.
This request does not remove mandatory statutory or payment-network rights.
17. Fraudulent or Abusive Chargebacks
A payment dispute may constitute misuse where a User knowingly disputes a valid and authorized payment after receiving the purchased Service while falsely claiming that the transaction was unauthorized, fraudulent, never provided or never activated despite evidence to the contrary.
In such circumstances, and to the extent legally permitted, LebPrime may suspend access, terminate the subscription, contest the chargeback, provide evidence to the relevant financial institution, recover legitimately outstanding contractual amounts, recover actual chargeback fees or reasonable recovery costs where permitted, and pursue legal remedies in serious cases of fraud.
This section does not apply to a genuine good-faith dispute.
18. Chargeback Evidence
Subject to applicable privacy law, LebPrime may provide a bank, payment processor, card network, dispute-resolution service, legal adviser, court or competent authority with records reasonably necessary to establish the transaction and provision of the Service.
Evidence may include transaction records, invoices/receipts, subscription activation, Terms acceptance, Refund Policy acceptance, risk acknowledgements, verified-email records, IP addresses, device identifiers, user agents, privacy-conscious fingerprint hashes, WebAuthn/passkey verification, dashboard access, Telegram access, signal-delivery records, correspondence and cancellation records.
19. Access During a Payment Dispute
Where payment for an active subscription is disputed or reversed, LebPrime may temporarily suspend access while the dispute is investigated.
If payment is permanently reversed without a valid entitlement to continued access, the associated subscription may be terminated. If the dispute is resolved in LebPrime's favor, access may be restored as reasonably appropriate.
20. Outstanding Balances and No Double Recovery
Where a valid payment is reversed after Service was provided and no statutory or contractual refund right applies, the corresponding amount may remain due to LebPrime to the extent permitted by law.
A User is not entitled to obtain both a direct refund and a chargeback for the same transaction where this would produce double reimbursement.
21. Payment Acceptance Checklist
- I understand that my payment purchases digital subscription access and does not guarantee trading profit.
- I understand that trading losses do not by themselves entitle me to a subscription refund.
