This Risk Disclosure & Financial Disclaimer forms part of the LebPrime contractual framework. It should be displayed prominently before a paid subscription is activated and should be accepted separately from the general Terms and Conditions.

Financial markets involve substantial risk. The User should read this document carefully before using a signal or executing any transaction.

1. High-Risk Activity

Trading foreign exchange, commodities, precious metals, indices, contracts for difference, futures, derivatives and other leveraged financial instruments can result in substantial financial loss.

The User may lose some or all of the money committed to trading. Depending on the product, broker, account type, leverage and applicable contractual terms, losses may in some circumstances exceed the amount initially committed.

Users should not trade money required for housing, food, healthcare, debt, education, family commitments or emergency reserves.

2. No Individual Suitability Assessment

Unless LebPrime is expressly authorized and contracted to provide a regulated individualized service, ordinary LebPrime Content is not prepared after assessing the User's personal financial circumstances, income, assets, liabilities, tax position, objectives, investment experience, trading knowledge, risk tolerance, margin capacity or ability to bear losses.

No signal should be treated as a statement that a particular trade is suitable for a specific User.

3. No Guarantee of Profit

LebPrime does not guarantee profit, capital preservation, a minimum win rate, a minimum number of signals, a minimum return, a maximum drawdown or the success of any particular trade.

No founder, employee, analyst, administrator, moderator, contractor or representative is authorized to promise guaranteed profits or risk-free returns.

4. Past Performance

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical statistics, screenshots, performance summaries, testimonials, examples and backtests may not reflect future market conditions.

Market regimes, volatility, liquidity, spreads, interest rates, geopolitical events and execution conditions change over time.

5. Leverage and Margin

Leverage magnifies gains and losses. A relatively small market movement can create a disproportionately large change in account equity.

Excessive leverage may result in margin calls, forced liquidation or rapid loss of capital. The User is responsible for selecting leverage and position sizes appropriate to the User's circumstances.

6. Stop-Loss Limitations

A stop-loss order does not guarantee execution at the requested price. In fast markets, market gaps, low liquidity, news events, market openings or extraordinary volatility, execution may occur at a materially different price.

A loss may therefore exceed the distance between the suggested entry and stop level.

7. Broker and Price-Feed Differences

Different brokers and price feeds may display different bid/ask prices, spreads and candles. A signal may activate or reach a target on one feed but not another.

Actual User results may differ from published or model results because of slippage, spreads, commissions, swaps, latency, order rejection and broker-specific execution rules.

8. Signal and Notification Risk

Signals can become invalid quickly. Telegram, email, dashboards, bots and other delivery systems may be delayed, unavailable, duplicated or delivered out of sequence.

The User must independently monitor open positions and should never rely on a notification service as an emergency risk-control mechanism.

9. News and Event Risk

Economic releases, central-bank decisions, geopolitical events and unexpected market developments can cause rapid price changes, gaps, volatility and spread expansion.

Market news and calendar information may be delayed or corrected. Material information should be independently verified before being used for a financial decision.

10. User's Independent Decision

The decision to enter, modify, maintain or close a transaction belongs exclusively to the User. Receipt of a signal does not create an obligation to trade.

The User remains responsible for entry, position size, leverage, stop loss, take profit, timing, broker selection and all resulting profits and losses.

11. No Custody or Account Control

Under the standard signal Service, LebPrime does not take custody of the User's trading capital or control the User's brokerage account.

Users should not disclose brokerage passwords, private keys or two-factor authentication codes to unauthorized persons claiming to represent LebPrime.

12. No Insurance Against Loss

Subscription fees are payments for digital access. They are not insurance against trading losses and do not create a right to reimbursement merely because the User loses money while trading.

13. Regulatory Status

Nothing in this document should be interpreted as allowing an activity that requires authorization under applicable law. If any LebPrime activity is classified as regulated investment advice, recommendation, promotion or another regulated service, it may be provided only to the extent legally authorized or exempt.
